Just who is SArkon

My name is Steven M  Arkon AC1 USN Retired. I joined The U.S. Navy in September  1963 and went to the Great Lakes Naval Training Center for 16 weeks of basic training just as winter rolled around. Graduating on that infamous day that JFK was assassinated.  I quit school in the ninth grade because, as a rebellious teenager, I thought that I  knew more than the adults around me. (Mainly my maternal mother) I was born in Safford, Arizona, and raised by my grandparents until 1962, when my grandfather passed from this earth, as did my grandmother in 1958. I, or rather should I say We (my older brother and I), had limited contact with my maternal mother to just a few days once every 2 years or so. So, needless to say, when Joseph Kohn passed away, She came running to feast on the things my grandfather had expressed to my brother and me that we would inherit. Joe had always expressed to his friends and family that when he left this earth, the boys (meaning Mike and Danny) would be taken care of. But when my mother (Joe’s adopted daughter)  arrived, no one could find Joe’s will, including Joe’s attorney, who drew it up but had forgotten any details in it. First off, you have to understand who Joseph Kohn is. He was a master craftsman who worked his way up to being a CPA, yes, a Certified Public Accountant. He was molecules and in no way would have forgotten or overlooked what to do with his will.  So, ever since that day, I was a contentious and rebellious teenager. I could not wait to get away from her, and I saw the Navy as my way out of the situation that I had found myself in, just as my older brother did two years earlier.
